It was either 4th or 5th grade…I’m pretty sure it was 5th grade, that I vividly remember wearing overalls. In fact, I’m pretty sure I was wearing them for picture day. Any who, I know that I have not worn overalls {or bibs as we call them down South} since then.

Valentine’s Day {to Night} Look

When it comes to Valentine’s Day, #ohthosereads aren’t the most celebratory! Last year, we worked (aka I worked) on lowered expectations and just living life. Not placing so much pressure on myself or Jason to make things grandiose for every single holiday, birthday, etc. Do not get me wrong, we celebrate, but minimally and practically.

Skyline

Skyline. There is something pretty magical about hanging out on the rooftop and being among the architecture that makes up your city. It has been exactly 7 months since we made the BIG move to Columbus and I gotta say, I absolutely love this city. As the 15th largest city in America, I definitely think Columbus is “underrated.”

After a casual day in my pumped kicks, Monday (my final day at fashion week) was literally insane! My day started around 8AM and the spirit of being causal, I decided do just that. Defining Ohio’s Style

I know I say this pretty regularly here on the blog, but I’m all kinds of excited for today’s post. We are gonna be talking about two things I love dearly…Columbus (GO BUCKS! Cannot believe football season commences tomorrow) and style. However, we won’t be talking these two things as separate entities, but more or less their relationship together.

While in some way June 30th feels like it was ages ago, it was only 2 months ago! I am currently still trying to accept how fast this year is going by. It’s going to be Christmas in literally 4 months peeps…yup…4 months.

Touches of Fall

I can’t lie…I woke up yesterday morning and ventured outside for some fresh air to discover a slight breeze in the air…it made my heart skip a beat. While I am an avid summer lover, I am definitely ready to experience the wanderlust of Fall. While the Fall is slowly making her debut, I’ve made the decision to start adding touches of Fall to my wardrobe already.
