Fall. Truly, there are so many wonderful things to love about fall. Some are wild about Pumpkin candles, pumpkin lattes and all that jazz. For me, fall brings excitement for one thing and one thing only…THE RETURN OF SWEATERS. Putting on a sweater that I love on a crisp fall morning is the closest thing to magic in my life! But honestly, I feel my best when in a sweater. I feel finished, polished, cozy and ready to tackle the day ahead!
Today, I am thrilled to be collaborating with Garnet Hill to share 3 stylistic fall looks, with a sweater piece being the foundation for the look! Look 1:
Is there anything better than a 2 piece set these days? Nope, not a thing! A few things that I love about this set: 1. It’s knit, 2. It’s a skirt and sweater situation, which makes it feel super polished and elevated and 3. This Gold Medallion color that is simply electric. The new neutral, so to speak!
For styling this look, I opted to do an ankle boot to make this set feel even more sophisticated. Also adding a belt at the waist for strong waist definition and scrunching those sleeves.
Also, what is great about this set is that it can be worn very casually with your favorite sneaker and a moto jacket!
Look 2:
You gals know I am partial to yellow, so I opted for the Gold Medallion color once more in this piece. The sleeves and the knit detailing makes this cardigan super special. With this piece giving you super duper cozy vibes, I opted for styling this look up a touch. A simple camisole and a button front velvet. Playing on the skirt color, finished off this look with grey ankle boots and a simple neutral colored back.
With a piece that is a touch more oversized, creating shape at the waist line is important. So I tucked again here!
Look 3:
Recycled Cashmere Bobble Stitch Sweater
Looking for a sweater with even more interest? This one is it. So classic, but also trendy. I love the Noir Donegal color here, as it feels like a softer black. When wearing a darker color on the top half of my body, I like to create some contrast and add a rich bold color on top! Hence, these fun cropped wide leg trousers that are also from Garnet Hill.
