New Heights

With January lurking around the corner, I’m preparing to reach “New Heights.” It was around mid-January of this year that I completely gave up on working out. Not because I wanted to, but because I needed to. The last 6 months of graduate school were pretty tough. When I made the list of priorities on things I needed to accomplish, working out fell pretty low on the list. Here I am nearly five months post graduate school and I have not found my way back to the gym.

Pumped Up Kicks

Despite the incredibly cool Instagram post and millions of glamorous Snap chats, NYFW is ROUGH on da body. Early mornings, late nights. Oh, and not to mention the 24/7 running around like a crazy lady. Often times you are running from activity to activity with very little time to eat or think before walking into your next meeting, event, etc.
