I gotta admit it…I’m totally diggin’ this year’s 70s trend! There’s just something ridiculously amazing about bell bottoms and baby doll dresses. Come to think of it, I’ve always secretly had a thing for 70s style, but haven’t acted upon it until now! Any who, I got the most lovely 70s-ish Free People inspired floral dress from my friend Jennifer’s poshmark shop (the same place where I got the plaid top for this look). And speaking of poshmark, I highly suggest that you go and take a peek at her shop! You’ll find some Lulu, Kate Spade, Tory Burch and much more. I really love the concept of Poshmark, as it provides a platform for women to come togther and purchase clothing and accessores from one another seamlessly! Thanks to Jennifer, I’ll be doing a major closet sale here soon! I have lots of goodies that need a new home and I’m thinking Poshmark just may be the platform for me!
Finals have commenced for me, which means shorter blog posts for the next little while. Gotta save all of my creative juices for a luxury brand extenison project for Emilio Pucci. My classmates and I submitted Part 2 yesterday and now we are anxiously awaiting our grade, while also tackling Part 3, which is HUGE! Oh the joys of graduate school, but thankfully I’m almost done! Hurry up June 4th.
Happy Monday loves!

i sure wish I still had all of my 70’s clothes and shoes. Loved the platform shoes, wedges. I had some bright blue suede platforms that had cutout toes. Ponchos, bell bottoms I bought at the Navy base clothing store. Lots of tees with peace signs.
I did some major clothes shopping last week. I found some real cute things. Found some brown boots with black upper part, I had looked for those for two years. Sure wish I had felt well enough to get down to Columbus. Ashland is finally getting a couple of nice boutique type shops.
Someone needs to have a fashion blog for older women. If you ever see one please pass along the info.
Have a great week.

The neutral palette you picked is such a great base for the bold printed dress you chose!! Stunning colors and strong proportions with your hemlines! Love this!!
