Monday Blues + Orange Suede Shoes

Now that I actually have to get up on Mondays…I can honestly say…those Monday Blues are REAL. I love a fresh start to the week, but the weekend seemingly just whips by and before you know it, it’s time to start all over again. Sigh. Such is life or Jason would say, “Welcome to the real world Candace.” While I may not be the fondest of Mondays these days, I will say that I’m pretty darn proud of the level of consistency that’s been happening with the site since I started with Wardrobe Therapy. I’m officially on Week 5 with the team and I’m learning so much about myself (both as a stylist and a style influencer). There’s no doubt about it…I’m a lucky gal…my entire day revolves around fashion. Whether it be with clients or working on influencer stuff, I’m fully immersed in the fashion culture. I’m seriously giddy every time I think about it.

One of the best things about living, eating, sleeping and breathing fashion, is the constant learning and discovery. From new brands to trends to fashion news. Simply put, all my dreams have come true. While there is soooo much fashion out there, one of my KEY goals as both a stylist and style influencer is to share about brands I truly believe in. In fact, I’m considering starting a new segment here on the site, but I need to think the concept through fully. In the meantime, I wanted to remind you cool cats about a brand I’ve grown to love deeply and that is Margaux (for those of us who struggle with pronunciations, it’s pronounced like MARGO). It’s a darling footwear brand that I shared about a while back HERE. Any who, I’ve been wearing these flats on heavy repeat lately and just wanted to reshare about the wanderlust Margaux has to offer! Without oversharing, know they believe in style and quality craftsmanship, both of which are important for your shoe game! I’m wearing The Classic in the color Persimmon and love it. And yes, I say I love a lot of things, but I only say it if I truly mean it!
