I’m still in awe of the crazy December weather we had last month! In fact, I kinda wish we having that weather today rather than the below freezing temperatures we are currently having. But let’s be honest, we all knew that when it got cold, it would not be pretty! Say hello to hibernation for the next 4 months. Boo.

Well, back in December, thanks to the warm weather, I was able to enjoy lots of extra outside time! One of those days was spent  with my little pal, Liam, who happens to love ice cream as much I do. Due to extreme love for ice cream, I’ve been on a mission to find a ice cream that is both tasty and healthy. To suprise, I finally found one! Halo Top Creamery reached out and offered me some their creamy deliciousness and I must say that it did not disappoint.  Halo Top is low-calorie, high-protein, and low-sugar ice cream that uses ONLY THE BEST all-natural ingredients.
