There’s one thing I know for sure…Charleston, SC doesn’t have a shortage of charm. On nearly every street there was a piece of wanderlust. According to Jason, Charleston is every photographer’s dream. Location, location, location. And you don’t have to search to find it…it’s simply a part of the city’s life.
On Tuesday of our family vacation, Jason and I did some exploration down King Street and stumbled upon this golden yellow wall! It was practically love at first sight, because this shade of yellow is my FAVORITE! If I could I wear it every day, I would!! So, on Wednesday we made our way back to this very wall to capture an outfit for da blog!
While in NYC for NYFW I loaded up new pieces from a few different showrooms and meetings. One of those pieces happened to be this fab top by Grey State! I would be remise if I didn’t admit that I thought this was a dress. It’s more of like a tunic. If it wasn’t for the “lack” of length in the front, I would have totally worn it as a dress. But since I couldn’t, I paired her with a few of my fall favorites right now, which include these distressed jeans, Marc Fisher flats, my new Madewell handbag and of course, my Madewell oversized hoops! All of these pieces have been on major repeat for the last couple of weeks, which is a good sign…money well spent!
