Lately, I’ve really been diggin’ the casual look. Things have been soooo insanely busy that I haven’t had the extra energy to style all fancy smancy like I normally do! I don’t even wear makeup or do my hair most days because I am currently running in a hamster wheel that just won’t slow down for anything. ha. Hopefully, I’ll get back to normal/caught up sometime this summer, but in the meantime I think I will just continue to enjoy this season of more simple…EVERYTHING. Here’s a super easy outfit that I thru together for a quick lunch date/run around town day! It’s structured, yet casual and just perfect for lazy days when you don’t want to spruce up, but you need and have too.

I don’t think I will ever get over the fact that I paid $40 for these white American Eagle jeans and have had them for 4 years! I’ve already been preparing myself for the day that they decide to fail me and rip in the crotch or inner thigh area. Yes, I will cry!
Now that I’ve officially worn this top a few times, I’m here to tell you it is completely worth the investment! It’s super soft and breathable! Also, it doesn’t need to be dry cleaned! You can simply hand wash it or throw it in the wash on delicate. For those of you who are obsessed with preserving your clothes, you know this tidbit of information is HUGE!
Dearest Madewell, the Kensington Satchel just may be your best creation yet! Words cannot describe how much I love this bag. I haven’t stopped using it since I received it in the mail back in April. The leather is starting to show some age, but other than that, this bag is EVERYTHING and then some!
Although it doesn’t look like it, I PROMISE I ironed this button down before wearing it. I just think wrinkles look tacky and here I am…with wrinkles. #epicfail #firstworldproblems
