You already know…I’m a self proclaimed beauty lover. There’s just something about beauty products that make my soul happy. Like truly happy. Back in summer, I opened up about my love for facial oils HERE. I truly love a good facial oil…it’s the perfect way for me to end my day. In my experimentation and discovery of oils, I have had a little bit of trouble finding the “perfect one,” as I do have combination skin! My entire life I had more dry skin, but something happened in my mid 20s and now I have mostly oily skin and just a bit of dry. It was truly one the weirdest experiences for me, because I had to rethink my entire approach to skincare. As you can imagine, I’m a gal of true routine. I don’t love forced CHANGE in certain areas of my life…skincare being one of those. However, now that I think back to this time in my life, I do believe that this experience allowed me to develop a love for product discovery and sharing that with you all.

Ok, now that I’ve rambled…back to the facial oils! While I’ve been using a few different facial oils for the last couple of months, I had yet to find the perfect one that I could use on the daily without leaving my face super greasy feeling…I’m sure you know what I’m talking about. I was recently introduced to Clarin’s Loutus Face Treatment Oil and I gotta say gals…I’m loving it. While Clarins has a few different facial oils, the Loutus oil is made for balancing more oily skin types. Blended with some of my favorite ingredients Rosewood, Geranium, Hazelnut and of course Loutus, this product is both refining and smoothing. Also, it smells amazingly delightful! I have extra love for beauty products that smell lovely.

If you’ve been on the hunt for a good facial oil and have a similar skin type like myself, I encourage you to give this oil a whirl. I don’t think you will be disappointed at all!
