Finishing Touches with Clarins Beauty

After several weeks of lovely holiday style outfits, I realized that I forgot to chat about one of the most practical ways one might approach adding a little holiday glamour for the season…BEAUTY PRODUCTS. Duh. Without question, rounding up the correct beauty products is one of the easiest ways you can make your holiday look perfect for the season! Ok, now I know what you are thinking…”Ahh, Candace…Christmas is like tomorrow!” Yes, I know. But I figured this last minute beauty post can inspire you in a couple of different ways:

1. Dig into your makeup bag and find a unique way to change up your lipstick combination for tomorrow.

2. To do some beauty shopping with Clarins after the holidays, as their lip products are BOMB.

3. And after you have purchased said lip products, to incorporate this touch of glamour into your NYE look!

Now that we’ve got that out of the way, let’s talk specifically about these products! It’s no suprise that I’m a huge fan of Clarins Instant Light Lip Comfort Oil. You may remember THIS POST from this past summer. Perhaps what is greatest about this product is that its super hyrdating, comes in a variety of shades and plays well with other lip products! For the holiday season, I’ve decided to reach for Honey Glam, which has the most subtle hint of shimmer! To create a true glamorous holiday lip, we of course need some RED LIPSTICK. Clarins Joli Rouge Brilliant Lipstick is both moisturizing and rich. For this combo, applying this lush red lipstick as the base color and topping it off with the lip comfort oil, makes for a perfect pairing! As you can see, this combination is bound to be a showstopper. And most importantly, creating this lip effect took all of 10 seconds! Creating holiday style doesn’t always have to be about the actual outfit, but about the lipstick!
